Whether it’s a small project needing just the finishing touches, or we become part of a team on a larger scale residence or commercial enterprise, we embrace them all.
We tailor our services to whatever is required for the unique space. Design, specification, purchasing, project management and installation are all skills we offer our clients. The focus is ALWAYS to provide the best quality solutions awhile ensuring that we are respectful of our client’s time and budget.
– DESIGN CONSULTATION:
This is where our process begins. We meet with the client to determine the vision for the completed project. These “programming” meetings take many different forms and are individualized for each project and client. We spend time getting to know what your wants and needs are for the spaces involved, what the time frame for the project is and try to determine budgets for the scope of work involved. A complete scope of services eventually gets determined during this process and once agreed upon by all parties involved, we get to work!
– COLOR CONSULTATION:
Most people are not aware of the effect that color has on their health and well-being. Color can have a profound effect on how well as space works in the end and it is a part of the design process that terrifies many people. Whether you just need assistance selecting a color scheme for your space, or this becomes part of a larger project, this is a talent that we excel at. Let us help you create a balanced and harmonious color palette for the spaces you are spending time in.
– FURNITURE SPECIFICATION / PROCUREMENT
After the furnishings requirements have been determined, the layouts have been completed and the budgets have been approved, we can source furniture pieces from our furniture manufacturing resources. We will follow the procurement process all the way through from order specification, order placement, delivery scheduling and final installation on site.
– EXTERIOR CONSULTATION:
We also provide design services for the exterior part of your project should you require it. Patios, roof decks, pergolas, decks, outdoor seating and entertainment areas, outdoor kitchens, firepits /fireplaces, pools, spas, water features….you name it, we can help you with these design elements as well.
– ARTWORK & ACCESSORIES PROCUREMENT AND PLACEMENT:
We will provide project specific shopping services, sourcing and installation of all the finishing touches and accessories such as area rugs, lamps, decorative pieces and art work to complete the individual design.
– WINDOW TREATMENTS:
Custom designed window treatments for your home including unique fabrics and professional installation. We also offer a wide selection of blinds to finish off that custom look.
